Ive been with cogeco for 4 months now, switched from bell fibe. And i must say i regret it. Theres been so much downtime in the few months ive had it.
Has anyone else been having inconsistant speeds? I have the 55/10 unlimited with the new cisco docsis 3.0 and all i get is inconsistent speeds ranging from 42-57 on a fresh modem restart. Ive even tried different dns'
Testmy.net gives me 6mbps for download and 1mb for upload on all servers
Speed test gives me 40-57
Pingtest gives me 30-70 ping and 10-30 jitter on all servers obviously u.s around dallas is expected.
Even cogecos speedtest is giving bad results,
All of this happens on on-peak and off-peak hours.
Im almost ready to go back to bell.
Even the tv packages are terrible for the price.
If anyone else has been having these same issues let me know.
