Until a few days ago I was happily constructing my website on a Hosting provider with servers in Phoenix.
Then everything came to a halt - I couldn't access the backend Admin, my FTP connection was DOA and my Cpanel is a 50%-%50 barrel shoot to see if I gain entry.
So I contacted my Hosting provider, who have been great for support, and allowed them access. Of course they had no issues as did a buddy of mine in Colorado.
So after one or two more support tickets this was the response of my provider:
"At the risk of sounding like I'm deferring blame, this is probably a network issue with your ISP. Normally I would entertain the idea that it's between both our network and your ISPs, but we're seeing similar issues from other ISPs outside of our network to cgocable (your ISP)."
So I spent today trace routing and pinging and came up with three potential routers that might be the issue:
38.88.34.22
bb2.cwie.10.2.phx0.cwie.net [64.38.200.5]
vl177.bb1.cwie.10.1.phx0.cwie.net [209.188.10.137]
When I speak with Cogeco support they inform me that my Cable modem is fine and that's all they can do for me.
So I was wondering if anybody else has had issues with reaching servers in Arizona?
Thanks
