i'm new here, my tv plan to Tivo on aug 6, worked fine that day, however we've been having issues with a bunch of channels becoming unavailable at random times, coming back then unavailable again.
Anyone had this issue ?
I've contacted Support a bunch of time, they came to change the modem from the Arris one to Cisco, and checked all cables / changed most of the connectors. wiring is good. seems to come from Cogeco.
Didn't fix. Now they say it's a known issue however I can't find anything on it... pretty frustrating since the wife and I are basically only watching those channels that are on and off currently...
