[INTERNET] Internet Connection Keeps Dropping (Belleville)

Hi all, I'm having this really frustrating problem with my connection / modem. It will work fine for days, and then we will have a few days where the connection is constantly dropping and resetting. It doesn't seem to be connected to any activity we are doing, it will do it even if disconnected from the router. My modem is an ARRIS TM822, and I've included screenshots of the status pages below. http://mikehodgson.com/files/SCREEN1.jpg http://mikehodgson.com/files/SCREEN2.jpg http://mikehodgson.com/files/SCREEN3.jpg http://mikehodgson.com/files/SCREEN4.jpg This is what the status screen looks like, when the modem is operating normally: http://mikehodgson.com/files/SCREEN5.jpg I've tried connecting a laptop to it directly, having nothing connected to it, etc. Usually it can be fixed by resetting the modem a few times, using the reset pin hole on the back. I'm going to call Cogeco tonight, just posting this here in case there is a tech or someone that can look into it without me having to explain everything to the phone support.
